- Winning businesses must be members of the Winchester BID.
- Winchester BID directors, members of staff, and their immediate family are not eligible to win
- Employees and owners of Winchester independent businesses are not eligible to win the hamper of prizes
- An independent business as defined by Winchester BID is a business with a private owner and no more than five branches
- Winners will be randomly selected following the close of voting and contacted by email on or before August 12th 2016
- If a winner does not claim their prize within one week Winchester BID reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant
