BID Directors welcomed Cllr James Byrnes, Portfolio holder for Parking to their Board meeting last week. Cllr Byrnes provided the BID Board with an overview of the proposals he is recommending to Cabinet today (Wednesday 7th) as a result of the mid-term review of the current car parking strategy for Winchester district. The BID have already stressed that Christmas still requires a separate strategy to what is recommended in the paper.
