Winchester BID has commissioned The Retail Group to undertake a confidential retail survey of city centre operators. The aim of the survey is to get ‘under the skin’ of how the city and the BID are performing, by collecting information on; consumer behaviour, issues faced by operators, initiatives completed and further improvements required. The output of the survey will provide valuable information and suggested actions for the BID team to ensure the continual improvement of Winchester as a retail destination.
The survey questionnaire itself takes only a few minutes to complete and these will be handed out face to face to Store Managers / Assistant Managers and / or business owners over three days; Monday 24th to Wednesday 26th October. All individual surveys are confidential, only the collective results will be used in the analysis process.
This gives you the opportunity to have direct input into the future actions of the BID and the continued improvement of the city centre. Your views are very important and we are keen to include as many responses as possible. Thank you in advance of your support.
