Community First: Winchester has an Employee Volunteering Scheme that matches businesses with community projects. In line with Corporate Social Responsibility, team challenges are available in conservation, decorating, gardening or befriending. You can volunteer your time for a one off day or on an on-going basis with your own team or why not join another Winchester business to help make a difference.
