Winchester Rugby Club has approached the BID to extend a generous offer to BID Members.
The Rugby Club will have a marquee available to hire on both Friday 8th June 2018 and Sunday 10th June 2018.
As a one-time special offer, the Rugby Club has kindly offered hire of the marquee free of charge to a BID Member, if they use the Rugby Club’s catering/bar service for their event.
Alternatively, the marquee can be offered at a very reduced price should the party wish to use their own catering.
The marquee holds 300 people and is equipped with chairs, tables a dancefloor and lights.
