Do you want potential problems to be nipped in the bud?
The subject relates to the ups and downs of mixing with other people, especially in changing teams and business relationships. So often a small irritation can grow into a larger issue, critical feedback being seen as negative or a good idea kept hidden because it might upset someone.
Some of the oldest team principles tell us to expect disagreements to be part of a bonding process, yet all too often they are avoided and prevent progress. We will explore how we deal with potential conflict in several live situations, and find some better ways to ‘get it out in the open’.
Ed Beckmann offers a portfolio of services. His main role is in developing projects and plans for businesses to grow and gain efficiency, in which he draws on both people skills and sound financial knowledge. He contrasts this in warmer months by supporting charity cycling events such as London – Paris, and offering holidays with cycling within Europe.
