The Winchester BID Annual General Meeting (AGM) took place on 25 April and a video of the meeting is available below.
Huw Miles of Paris Smith and Chair of the Winchester BID Board of Directors welcomed attendees and the Executive Director, Paul Spencer gave a presentation on the work of the BID during 2023-24 and plans for 2024-25. Attendees had the opportunity to ask questions, give feedback and engage in discussion. The accounts for the previous financial year 2022-23 as prepared by Martin and Company were received. The guest speaker was Natasha Dochniak, Commercial Manager at Hampshire Fare CIC. Three Directors were appointed to the Board, Dr Debbie Coney-Pinder of Winchester School of Art, Harriet France of Jeremy France Jewellers and Huw Miles of Paris Smith.
