Winchester City Council has launched a mid-term review of their car parking strategy. The consultation exercise is open for six weeks and we are encouraging all businesses to respond.
Winchester BID has published its thoughts on the council’s current strategy and responded to Winchester Action for Climate Change’s feedback, which was published in May.
