Winchester has good public transport connections through the railway and bus networks, but if you are driving to the city then you can use this page to see where there are parking spaces available.

There is an excellent Park and Ride service available in Winchester. This is the easiest and cheapest option to park in the city all day. There are four Park and Ride car parks to choose from and they are all served by regular buses which will take you directly into the city centre.
There are also several pay and display car parks within the city centre, including Tower Street, Chesil Street Multi Storey, The Brooks and Middle Brook Street.
