Researchers from management consultancy The Retail Group are completing an independent study for Winchester Business Improvement District (BID), asking BID members how we can best support your business now and over the next five years.
The aim of the study is fourfold; to understand how the city is performing, prioritise actions and interventions needed to help the city centre recover post-COVID, to ascertain how Winchester BID has benefitted BID members, and to identify preferred future initiatives for the BID to focus on. Your views are very important.
Researchers from The Retail Group were in the city centre visiting businesses across a range of sectors in the Winchester BID area on 5, 6 and 7 October collecting questionnaire responses and there is also an online version of the questionnaire which is now live. If you have not already completed a questionnaire then we would be grateful if you would take a few minutes to participate in the survey online. Responses are completely confidential.

The survey will close Friday 22 October and the findings will help shape the development of the Winchester BID Business Plan 2023-2028.
