More and more local businesses are reporting challenging skills shortages and an ageing workforce.
Fuller Working Lives is a new initiative from the Department of Work and Pensions. Working in partnership with the National Careers Service, the programme is designed to help businesses improve their talent management, recruitment and retention.
This FREE networking event will provide information on the Fuller Working Lives programme and how it could help your business in retaining, recruiting and retraining your employees.
This networking meeting will include:
- a presentation on the Fuller Working Lives Programme
- details on an offer for employees to access a FREE Mid Life Career Review- (aimed at workers over 50)
- an informal Q&A session
- networking opportunities
Following this event, employers will have an opportunity to sign up for a workshop to look at skills analysis (running in Basingstoke College of Technology on Monday 2nd July)
