Winchester Business Improvement District (BID) operates through a not-for-profit organisation called Winchester City Centre Partnership Limited (WCCP) and reports to a Board of Directors. The Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company are available here.

The BID holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) and welcomes all BID members to attend. The agenda and minutes of the AGM are available here.
Winchester BID holds regular forum events and invites BID members to attend to discuss upcoming projects and opportunities. Regular networking events are also held at the BID’s office at Winchester Business Hub, 32 St Thomas Street, Winchester, SO23 9HJ.
