You are invited to help shape the digital future of Winchester and surrounding areas.
Winchester City Council has commissioned consultants Clockwork City Ltd to conduct a series of short focus-group sessions as part of a survey of small businesses across the district to find out their current level of digital capability. The survey will be used to help shape the council’s approach to supporting all business sectors in Winchester in taking best advantage of digital technology.
Take part in one of three focus-group sessions
These focus-group sessions are by invitation only, and are to be scheduled as listed below. At each of the 60 minute sessions, a small group of businesses will meet with the consultant and be asked a series of simple questions about use of digital tools, and then discuss how the council could best be of help in providing support for businesses.
You may attend a focus group at one of 3 locations:
- Winchester focus group session, Monday 2nd October at 8.30am-9.30am
- Whiteley focus group session, Monday 2nd October at 12.30pm-1.30pm
- Bishops Waltham focus group session, Monday 2nd October at 5.30pm-6.30pm
Focus-group attendees get free 1-to-1 consulting session
All businesses attending one of the three focus-group sessions will be offered, at no charge, a 1-to-1 meeting with the consultants to address any issues to do with use of digital in marketing, promotion and business development. Clockwork City does not sell solutions or products. Their consultants have experience in digital business support and mentoring, and take a practical hands-on approach to everyday business issues.
