The Winchester Business Centre provides a hub for small and start up businesses in the Winchester area. The centre offers hot-desking facilities as well as a range of additional benefits such as mail collection and a registered business address. The 12 seat conference room is also available for private hire. In some cases the Winchester Business Centre can also act as the registered business address for your company without hot-desking options – please contact the team for details.

Our opening hours are Monday – Friday 9:30am – 5pm

Conference room hire is free of charge to Winchester BID levy payers, otherwise rates are as follows:

£15 + VAT per hour

£85 + VAT per day

Please note: unfortunately there is no onsite car parking available at the Winchester Business Centre. The nearest public car parking is on Middle Brook Street, complete information on city centre car parks and parking charges is available on Winchester City Council’s website.  

Winchester Business Centre operates a 24 hour cancellation policy on meeting room bookings. Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will still be charged.
