Winchester BID operates within a defined geographical area, where business ratepayers have voted to invest collectively in local improvements that are in addition to those that are already delivered by local statutory bodies. The BID is delivered through Winchester City Centre Partnership Limited, which is a not-for-profit organisation.
It has a board of directors from within the BID area, which meets 9 times a year to discuss and make strategic decisions on the BID and matters which affect businesses in the city. Agenda and minutes of the meetings are available to view here.

The BID Forum meets quarterly to inform levy payers of opportunities and projects such as the Festivals programme, broadband rollout and developments in the city centre. The agenda and notes of meetings are available to view here.
In addition to the above meetings, many business areas across the city have formed their own Business Association and the BID team is pleased to attend where possible.
